Family Frisbee Day

22 November 2009 at the Festival Grounds in Carnarvon.

Find Thirty® by trying a new sport that the whole family can enjoy!  The day will include:

  • lessons from an Australian champ
  • fun mixed games for kids and adults
  • throwing comps
  • free fruit and water supplied.

Physio Chi

Do you have arthritis, diabetes, osteoarthritis back pain or are you antenatal?  Come and try Physio-Chi and you will gain:

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics provides gentle exercises in shallow water, utilising the resistance of the water. There is less stress on bones and joints as water supports body weight.

Classes are held at the Carnarvan Town Pool during October - March on Wednesdays 7 - 8am and Fridays 2.30 - 3.30pm. Cost pool entry only. For further information contact Anne-Maree Mitchell on (08) 9941 0560.

10,000 Steps Presentations and Foreshore Walk


Join us for a 30 minute walk along the lovely Esperance Foreshore, followed by presentations for the Esperance 10,000 Steps Challenge. The event starts at 12 noon and will be held at the RSL Memorial Park (corner of James and Dempster St). For more information contact Megan (see above).

Bush Loop - 4km Walk

A 40 minute brisk walk through South Busselton.  The Bush Loop offers you a little time out of each day.  Views of the college gardens and the adjacent bushland create a respite from your busy day.  Walks are held every Wednesday at 9:30am and start at the Geographe Leisure Centre, Busselton.
